I grew up in a family that loves sports, so the tradition in our house on New Year’s Day is to watch college football and graze on snacks throughout the day.
Here are a couple of quick and easy dips:
Pizza Dip
1 package cream cheese
1 container of French Onion Chip Dip
2 T Taco Seasoning (adjust to taste)
Cream together and spread on a dinner size plate. Top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced black olives. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
Crab Cheese Dip
1 package cream cheese
1 bottle cocktail sauce
1 Can of Crab Meat
1 bunch green onions
½ C shredded Swiss cheese
Spread softened cream cheese on a dinner size plate, cover with cocktail sauce, and then the crab meat. Slice the green onions, tops included sprinkle on top of crab meat. Add a little bit of cheese to top. Serve with crackers
